XDE Trigger Job
The product itself is absolutely amazing. After personally installing the trigger I can say the results are astounding. I’m currently employed as a CNC machinist in the industry and my boss hated my XDE and didn’t understand why I would buy one. After he shot it with the new trigger job he’s a true believer and has stopped verbally trashing the XDE. My only complaint would be the installation video is a little choppy and was hard to follow in some parts not being able to see the pistol because it cut to the instructor talking about it. Great product.

XD-E Trigger in a Bag Kit
After purchasing and installing the LTT trigger job in a bag kit, I would consider this an essential upgrade to the Springfield XD-E.
As for the available options, I chose the modified stock hammer which had the sear face very nicely polished to a mirror-like finish. Next I selected the 12.7lb trigger spring instead of the 12lb to ensure ignition reliability, as this is my primary home defense arm. I hoped the 20% weight reduction would be enough to make the DA mode feel less like a Stanley staple gun.
Upon installing the kit and giving the trigger a test pull, I was instantly pleased with the results. The LTT trigger kit dials the weight back just enough to still feel safe yet puts it right in the sweet spot where I always hoped this pistol would perform: a smooth controllable DA squeeze followed by a crisp SA pull.
The next day I hurried over to the range to give it a quick test, putting through 150 rounds of 115FMJ followed by 25 rounds of 147HST with zero issues. In double action mode I noticed much tighter groups than in previous sessions and a more comfortable transition from DA to SA. Dare I say, shooting in DA mode is now enjoyable!
Installation is straightforward for anyone with modest firearm servicing skills, although rank amateurs should seek a qualified gunsmith to do the swap. The YouTube video instruction was extremely helpful.
In conclusion, I heartily recommend this trigger job in a bag kit. It is my belief you’ll find this item as transformative to the experience of owning an XD-E as I have. I’m very grateful Ernst and his team put their skills to task on this fantastic add-on. -
XDE 45apc Trigger Job in a Bag
I had the installation done by a gunsmith for several reasons, but the bottom line is that the tigger pull on my XDE is smoother and reduced DA to 5.25 lbs and SA to 4.5 max. I must comment that I did not receive the low profile trigger with the shipment. I had really wanted to try that.

XDE trigger kit in a bag
Installed my kit a couple of days ago while watching the video. I've worked on polymer guns in the past so wasn't to worried. I choose the factory hammer version because I like having a hammer and am not concerned to much about snagging. The gun shot really well and the trigger was clean. It lightened the pull but really smoothed out the whole stroke. Smooth is Fast. Finished the slide grey/black and installed Trijicon HD sights. Another great LTT product keep it up

XDE trigger kit in a bag
Just installed my XDE trigger kit with while watching the video and all went well. I've worked on polymer guns several times in the past and wasn't worried about any issues. I purchased the kit with the spur hammer . The trigger was lighten and it really smoothed the DA pull which was my main concern. Smooth is Fast . Had the slide refinished gray/black and had a set of Trijicon HD's installed . I put 200 rounds through it yesterday at the range and I'm very impressed with the finished product. Thanks for another great product LTT
