Trigger Job in a Bag - PX4

After several thousand trigger jobs on Beretta 92s and PX4s, LTT has the process down to a formula. We now offer what we call "Trigger Job in a Bag". Purchase this kit to receive all of the important parts involved in a trigger job that are pre-polished and stoned to give you close to the same trigger job you would get if you sent it to us. The PX4 Trigger Job in a bag works in the PX4 Full-Size and Compact 9mm models and .40 S&W.

PX4 Trigger Job in a bag includes;

  • The Beretta Competition Trigger group has been discontinued for the PX4 due to the environmental standards.   We are still offering the PX4 Trigger Job in a bag, but please note, it is not chrome plated, the trigger group is black.
  • Chrome Silicon hammer spring available in 10# or 11#
  • Black-DLC Optimized Performance Trigger Bar
  • Hammer: Factory, Spurless or Match (If you select spurless or match, you will receive the factory hammer as well in the bag).

PLEASE NOTE: This kit MAY require some fitting for proper install and function - please make sure to watch the install instructions video, see below for the link. We recommend that this kit be installed by a competent gunsmith. No returns will be accepted on opened kits.

PX4 TRIGGER JOB in a BAG

Posted by Robert Santana on Feb 29th 2024

I have two PX4'S. I installed the trigger jobs about 3 weeks apart. This gave me a great opportunity to truly compare the difference in trigger feel and reset. WOW!!! It is such a huge difference. Well worth the money. I don't pull up and to the right anymore with my follow-up shots. If you're on the fence, and can afford it, I say, "Pull the trigger and buy it!"

Very happy with the results. DA pull is much smoother, great for a carry gun. Trigger is a little lighter but it's the lack of grit and chop that is the big payoff. Read the comments below the install video for some pointers that will eliminate 99% of the install frustration.

    Vastly improved

Posted by mark gander on Oct 15th 2022

I recently installed the kit with the optimized trigger bar,and 11# trigger spring. To say the least the reset is crisp and the DA/SA is much lighter cant tell the number. I carry mine off duty and love the PX-4 unfortunately has never gained popularity guess folks like them striker fired pistols. Iam like Ernest cant beat a DA/SA pistol cant get safer.. In closing the factory trigger is good but trigger job in bag is better. Well worth the $214. I to have put many rounds down range with it and this is a vast improvement. The LTT folks are great and will answer all your questions. Stay safe and keep practicing. Regards M Gander Paris, TN

PX4 - smoothest and shortest trigger

Posted by Jonathan Hobaugh on Dec 20th 2021

I have these in all my 92’s and knew this would be a must for my new PX4. Everything comes assembled and lubed, so you can drop this in and be shooting in minutes. There is a shortcut to not having to remove the back strap, so make sure to find the right video!

    Incredible.

Posted by Taylor on Aug 2nd 2021

I LOVE the Beretta PX4. It is my everyday carry and even in its stock configuration it is an outstanding firearm. However, this trigger makes this thing feel like my competition gun. The installation is easy with the video tutorial and the results are absolutely fantastic. I can not recommend this product or any Langdon Tactical product enough. Great company, great people, great products. 10/10.

    PX4 Storm Fullsize 45acp

Just installed the Trigger Job in a Bag. It took about 5 minutes to do the install, glad I didn't pay someone to do the job. All I can say is wow. I don't have a trigger scale so I can't say what the pull changed. It is however much smoother and lighter. Can't wait to get to the range.

Trigger job in a bag for PX4 Compact

Posted by Edward Ford on Jan 29th 2021

I was able to purchase the PX4 Compact from a local gun store on Beretta Blue Label (I am retired military) for a good price. The stock trigger was okay, but I had the PX4 Carry from Langdon and had seen the difference between the stock trigger and the LTT Trigger. As a result I elected to purchase and install the trigger job in a bag with the Langdon Optimized trigger bar. The installation was straight forward, no special tools or skills needed. The difference in the feel of the trigger compared to the stock trigger was night and day. It was so good I chose to invest in the Optimized trigger bar for my LTT PX4 Carry which I had purchased without the optimized trigger bar. The Double Action pull is so smooth (7.5 lb) on both that I do much of my shooting DA in order to improve my trigger control and discipline. I cannot give a higher recommendation to this item. It was worth every penny.

    Quick and Easy

Posted by Michael Davis on Nov 19th 2020

Much easier and quicker installation than anticipated thanks to the video, and improved all aspects of what was already a nice (but heavy and stacking) stock trigger pull on a vanilla PX4 Compact. I went with the 12 pound hammer spring as I do like some resistance (not a competition gun). SA is way lighter, while DA is smoother and a bit lighter but still feels very safe for carry purposes.
