This kit provides you with everything you need to extend the capacity of your PX4 9mm magazine. Includes a plus 3 mag bottom, extendedmagazine spring and a spring floor plate. The kits sold by Beretta only come with the spring and floor plate, and the plate on your magazine with not fit down inside the extended floor plate, requiring you to modify the plate or buy a different one. We shortcut this process by providing you with the correct plate to start with.

20 rnd. Magazine baseplate and spring
I am utilizing the extended baseplate to modify my Px4 CC mags from their 15 rnd. capacity to 18 rnd in 9mm... as a bonus it gives me the added length to the grip allowing for a firm purchase of the firearm.

Good kit, could use some instructions. Here they are.
Replacing the base spring and floor plates is a little tricky if you've never done it before. There's a little locking mechanism on the replacement floor plate that isn't self-explanatory. No instructions with the item or on langdontactical.com (or Beretta either). here's a video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EtJEQZRPCjI
The replacement spring plate is a nice touch. It makes the replacement/installation a LOT simpler.
First few loads were a little stiff and cranky but a drop of oil and a box of ammo took care of that. -
Once installed it does not fit perfectly.

Terrible set up
I was left wondering why beretta did not included a new metal insert. Otherwise one has to cut the tabs and file them to make this set up work. So buy a pair of wire cutters and a long metal file to install this extension and also get ready to de left with sore fingers. I would pay another $10 for a “complete” set of proper mag extension.

Nice product. Tricky installation.
Overall very nice product. Honestly, I do not need extra capacity, simply use to extend the grip on my PX4 Compact Carry. Downside though, there is no installation instructions. There is this weird lock thingy on the extension and took some time/effort to figure it out.
