I have waited to post this review so that I could put my LTT Elite's recent Custom Gun Work through an extended test through several formal and informal competitions. The pistol has performed fabulously! After putting around 24,000+ rounds through my original LTT Elite, I had sent the pistol in for a top-end rebuild this last summer. To be honest, there were some initial hitches in the rebuild that could have proved problematic for me. HOWEVER, Langdon Tactical owned the problem and then far exceeded my expectations! They returned my pistol's top end in even better condition than when I bought it! They added care and unimaginable value to the final product(s). This embodies customer service with some real spine. I am without a doubt a true fanboy now.

LTT sets the benchmark in everything they do. I am a perfectionist and the work they did to my 92x Compact is perfect!

I sent a fantastic 92X Centurion in for a trigger upgrade, G conversion, and night sight install and it returned to me even better than I could have imagined! The trigger is so smooth and the night sights are great. I also had them add a match hammer and short reach trigger. I love it! It was super easy with no hassles to order the work and send the gun in. The best part was, even though it said allow up to 10 weeks for the work to be done, they finished the work in 3 working days! I was only without my gun for a week! Thanks Langdon Tactical! Keep up the good work!

Sent a new Beretta in for a trigger job, sight install, and refinish. Received gun back almost 5 months later with the work mostly completed. The trigger was as you would expect, smooth and nice, but the finish was poorly done and a nick in the trigger guard had occurred while in their care. To my surprise the process of having work done by LTT includes little to no communication, nor the ability for them to provide an accurate quote for work requested if it’s not listed on the initial work form that you sent in. So despite my asking about how much my work would cost, I was never notified until I saw the charge on my credit card after it had been shipped back to me. Customer service was ok through the process but when it came time to receive the gun back, and I dared question any charges or try to confirm what I had paid for, the conversation turned into a blame the customer standoff. Exceptionally rude and even worse when the gun arrived back to me with new damage that occurred in their care, I was once agin blamed that it had happened before they received it. I have never been at the wrath of a company for being a customer, but if you choose to send them work, be excessively detailed, photograph your gun, ask for them to confirm your work request before starting, and have your final bill agreed upon in writing, as this company will not support you at all if anything goes array. Thank you. LTT Edit: Through 19 email exchanges and three phone calls, 1 of which advised this customer that he does not need the frame refinished, the customer insisted that it be done. I am sorry that you feel immediate response and communication is little to no communication at all for you. We will certainly take this into consideration and work on it.

Got my Beretta 92 back within 8 short weeks and couldn’t be more pleased! Excellent SA and DA trigger now, and more accurate with a new crown.

Work was flawless and the trigger is amazing.Smooth as silk with absolutely no stacking in DA and super smooth in SA.Reset in so short and amazing.I recommend spending the time and money to have LTT perform their magic.Worth every penny!

Very high quality work that I would recommend to anyone looking to improve their Beretta 92. The trigger job in a bag is great, I have that in a compact 92. The Custom Work is even better. Thanks Much!
